Every citizen of Hungary or other country can register for a Reader Pass in BRTK Library if they accept and obey the Library’s rules of use.

If the reader signs the correctly filled registration paper, they agree that the BRTK Library can use their contacts for customer account management.
When registered, the reader gets to know the Library’s services, the rules of using the Library, and signs an agreement to take responsibility (even financial if needed) if these rules are broken.
