Media collection

There is a separate area in the Library where you can find the media collection, which consists of Hungarian and international music CDs, audiobooks and vinyl records.

Services we provide for this section:

• music themed magazines for reading in the Library (previous publications can be borrowed),
• music recommendations,
• informations and help from our colleagues about the media collection and rules of using this section.

Music CDs

Most of the CDs are of classical music, but we offer a large variety of popular and folk music. In addition, you can also find genres like opera, operetta, movie soundtracks, relaxing music, Christmas carols, rock, jazz/swing, national holidays and music for children.

Audiobooks

The audiobooks are in Hungarian. We have Hungarian and international classic and contemporary novels, poetry and stories for children.

For those learning a language, we can offer CDs of language courses, mostly English and German.
